It's free to download from Skymaps.com. Member Andrew Cool has developed SkippySky to provide both amateur and professional astronomers with an easy way to plan their viewing activities. SkippySky shows clouds, wind and temperature, and specific astronomy fields including seeing, transparency and dewing risk.
