Deadline: midnight Saturday 17 October 2026 (South Australian time).
Complete one confirmation for each nominee and position you support.

Complete this form yourself as the seconder. You and the nominee must both be current ASSA members, and you cannot second your own nomination.

Ask the nominee for the exact name and position used on their nomination. Enter those same details below so the Secretary can match your confirmation with their nomination. Have your own membership number ready.

The nominee must also submit their own nomination. Both submissions must reach the Secretary by the deadline. The Secretary will match the records and check membership eligibility.

Email backup: If you cannot use this form, email secretary@assa.org.au with the nominee's name and position, your own name and membership number, and confirmation that you second the nomination. If you have already emailed your confirmation, there is no need to submit it again here.
