"official" VSS RASNZ star list, plus allows entry of user-defined

VSSOBS produces dBase-III compatible files. It also sorts and merges files,
and extracts single star data to printer or disk. For more info email its
author at ranaldm@es.co.nz. Currently
at Version 3.6 at time of writing.
